Parenting a "gifted" 3 year-old is not going to be radically different than parenting a non-gifted 3 year-old. Maybe the books you are reading together are slighly more complex, but the same parenting applies: consistent rules, not too much screen time, a vocabulary and literature-rich environment, and stimulating activities like going to the museum or the zoo.
