It is a school day. Mommy will drop you off at school.

Kids go through phases. All we can do is meet them where they are and walk through it with them. We cant push or cajole. Sometimes they wont like their teacher or their classmates. Sometimes they will feel left out. Sometimes they would rather be at home. I find that during big developmental spurts- mental ones in particular- daycare was very overwhelming for my son. You may find a similar pattern but it may be during growth spurts or during big changes like new teachers/etc.
