After a year and a half of pandemic, health care workers are exhausted and burned out. The “accommodation” their employer can offer is fewer hours so they can get some rest, but that leads to staffing shortages like this. What they really need is for people to stop acting like fecking idiots, get vaxxed, wear masks, and don’t take needless risks that keep driving up the COVID rates.[/quote]
