[/quote] I saw this on CNN and was annoyed because the article itself, at the time I read it, said it was not clear whether he specifically killed his brother over the vaccine. It was also quite apparent that this is likely someone with long standing mental health problems, with or without illegal drugs compounding them. [/quote]
