This isn't a 4th grader [/quote] I understand that, but it’s a serious issue to ever lay a hand on a child. He is a minor. I’m not saying he’s a good kid. But we don’t know what was happening before this and the facts are a teacher fought a kid. It is very very hard to retain employment once you’ve fought with a kid, justified or not. We aren’t even supposed to break up fights the kids are in because of the liability. [/quote]
