And I'm a board member of our school PTA. Our PTA doesn't actively recruit members because we know what a hot mess MCCPTA is. We knew we just needed 25 members as the requirement. We rather focus on getting people to donate, volunteer, etc. to help the school directly, and people need to realize that you do not need to be a PTA member to do those things. You also do not need to be a PTA member to attend PTA meetings. [/quote]
