If the ball is inside the 25 (new line) then there is no offsides. Shrink penalty box to 12 yards out and 6 yards to left and right of goal posts. This limits both GK use of hands and limits BS penalty kick calls. Also, once the ball has crossed half field in your team’s possession no intentional playing back to your keeper at all (including feet). If you do, the passing player receives a yellow card and a direct free kick is given from spot where keeper receives the pass. So not as limiting as the proposed half field rule, but does force team to not use the last resort GK as a possession outlet once they’ve advanced into their offensive half. [/quote]
