MW is always looking to recruit new players he thinks that will fit his system. Funny thing is, his system is flawed and difficult to implement at the youth level. My DD played for him during her club soccer years before heading to college. We didn't have any problems with the weak to mediocre teams. But, when we faced good and well coached teams, MW would often hit the panic button and take his frustrations out on the players. My DD enjoyed playing for him, but knew his coaching style was somewhat gimmicky. I think the other players and parents felt the same way. Oh well, we're done with youth soccer and it was fun while it lasted.[/quote]
