It is all political. Loudoun has become a battleground for republicans trying to flip purple/blue counties back to red. Loudoun is seen as a bellwether. If the disingenuous claims about CRT and trans issues can work here, they will copy the blueprint and use it everywhere. [/quote]

Yes, and my parents and in laws are falling for it hook, line, and sinker.  Our DD just started in LCPS, and her grandparents are “so concerned” because they’ve heard all sorts of negative publicity for the county’s public schools.
Note that in laws live in CA.  LCPS “issues” have gone national.  It is crazy.[/quote]
