I'm not the PP, but I bought a wacom tablet (math teacher) to be able to show steps to solving/graphing/etc, a printer/scanner to be able to create and post answer keys, a couple lamps because the lighting in my spare bedroom was horrible and I was just a darkish figure, and upgraded our internet to be able to accommodate constant video chatting for 6 months.  Probably close to $1000 at the end of it all.  I could have gone into school but then I would have had to pay for childcare for my 3rd grader which would have been way more than $1000, so I taught from home.[/quote]

Thanks for the reply. That makes sense with the daycare situation. That's one thing I didn't have to deal with so I was able to go into the building. I mainly used my laptop, a second monitor, a document camera and the the SmartBoard once students returned. I seldom scanned or printed, but I used the school's machine if I had to do that. [/quote]
