It might be part of workshop for some students on some days. It's not "stupid". Who has a 2 hour math block anyhow?[/quote] New poster. My kids' elementary has 2 hr math blocks also. They're at one of the schools that absolutely tanked on the math SOL pass rate, so I assume this is part of their plan to improve scores. However someone need to tell FCPS using the extra time on ST math isn't going to be the way to do it. My 2nd DC has also said math this week has been practicing schoology log in and he did 31 minutes of ST math yesterday. [/quote]
