[/quote] She hooks you up with a friend of hers who is looking for a job. This can work out really well, if you tap into a network of responsible kids who can trade off with each other. We had a college sitter, then when she was busy we used her roommate as a sitter for awhile (on her recommendation), then the sister of the original sitter, then another friend of theirs...it worked. The thing about this is that it’s not a bad job for a student, but they aren’t necessarily looking for this kind of work or checking care.com. [/quote]
