Intuitive reader/Medium here - I'm going to stick with card pulls because quite honestly, my own energy feels scattered right now. The cards help with focus and validation.
This is wonderful. Intuitive, can you please pull a card for me. I haven’t been able to sleep for fear of the changes headed my way in a few months.
I feel drawn to pull from my Moonology Deck for you. This is a beautiful deck by Yasmin Boland illustrated by Nyx Rowan. One of my favorites. I pulled "First Quarter Moon" Your commitment is being tested. That scary, chaotic feeling that you are experiencing in your life is a stepping stone to where you want to be. This card calls you to be confident in your ability to handle whatever challenges come your way, Have you secretly given up on something? Showing commitment now, even when it feels so hard, will move you towards your desired outcome. The answer to the questions you are asking - perhaps the ones that are keeping you up at night - is yes, but not yet. Think about a hurricane. It's seemingly chaotic winds moving around sucking everything into the storm. You can choose to pull yourself into the calm center of that storm. From the center, you can be the observer. You don't need to allow yourself to be pulled into that chaos. Once you are able to find that calm center, you'll pull other people in with you. You've got this! When you go to bed, mentally put all your concerns into a box. Set the box on your dresser, and allow those thoughts to stay in the box until morning, When you find your mind drifting back to the thoughts (and it will), use your breath to pull yourself back into the calm center again. It can be as simple as focusing on each breath. "Breathing in, I know I am breathing in" "Breathing out, I know I am breathing out". Someone (a spirit guide maybe) is telling me to suggest a meditation practice. There are lots of great videos on Mindfulness Meditation.
