Just awful.

Remember last summer when we got a torrential 3" of rain in like 60 minutes? That seemed incredibly unusual, and I felt so lucky that if we survived that, we could survive most storms. Holy cow, that guy walking in it with the water up to his waist, that is incredibly dangerous.  With the current he could be knocked off his feet and swept into a car or even under a car.  Gaaaah!  Why do people do stuff like that!?![/quote]
