[/quote] No, I mean it’s not the nanny’s call or concern. The parents can do whatever they want with the baby as they know where they’ve been and who they’ve been in contact with. Not to mention that it would be bad for the baby not to see faces and mouths move during the day. There is nothing hypocritical about requesting something from an employee that you, the employer, don’t do. As long as the parents wear a mask around the nanny, they are fine. [/quote]
