I am vaxxed and white, so no shade. Why is race even a factor? Vax is free and a available to everyone. Do you believe that Hispanics and blacks are predominately unable to make a decision about their own risk assessment? Are some anti vax, trump humpers, enjoying the chaos? Of course, right along with whites. Their choice to vax or not is very likely based on the same barometer measured by whites, even the crazy ones. They read just like we do. They make their decision based on what is best for their families. I'm not anti vax, but I am pro democracy. With new regulations and mandates forthcoming, they'll make the decision that's best for them with the least fallout.

Honestly, I can empathize with both sides of the vax debate. I also made a personal decision on March 13 2020 to mask myself and family. Nothing CDC, Fauci or anyone said swayed my mask mandate for my family. I don't put others at risk, and I don't care if people think I'm unvaxxed while wearing a mask. I wash my hands often, remind my vaxxed family to do the same, keep sanitizer handy, and hope for the best. I refuse to shake a fist at the sky to those people with the freedom to choose what they put into their bodies. I can only hope that they mask, stay away from large groups, and don't die from covid.
