I would see another OB or ask the current OB to refer you to the ultra sound to have a look around. I don't know why your OB didn't just automatically do that for everyone's peace of mind. [/quote]

Because OP is only 15 days or so past when she would expect period.  A dr isn’t going to ultrasound you if you are 2 weeks late.  This could be from stress, weight change, peri- menopause…anything really.  I’m 37 and very regular and this randomly happened to me last yr.  Call and talk to your nurse/dr and have an appt sent up, but your period likely just went a little haywire and will be here any day.  [/quote]
