LOL You sound like a headache already. 3 kids with 2 9-month-olds but you want to pay $25/hr and demand cameras? I can tell that it wouldn't be worth it and I haven't even met you.
The kindergartener isn’t included in the $25/hr rate. He’s in school full time. It would be extra if he was ever home and I should have included 5 sick days/year and a possible healthcare stipend.
Okay. But we're in a pandemic where every school system (rural or urban) is sending kids home for 10-12 days if there's a positive case in the classroom. Your nanny applicants aren't stupid. If s/he's sent home for a cold or the flu or Covid it doesn't matter, they'd be in charge of them. You think they want to fight with you on 'extra' pay when you're already lowballing them for twins? Or that they want the chance of having to wrangle 3 in the first place? Show them a contract with an emergency nanny just for the kindergartner and maybe they'd relax. On top of that 5 sick days a year and 1/2 of healthcare pay?! How generous of you. /s
