I started with None To Run (N2R) last year. Twice over the last decade I tried Couch to 5K and quit in the third or fourth week because it got too hard. N2R is a more gradual rampup (I'm 50, so gradual is good). After that intro program, N2R also has a 5k and a 10k program. I did the 5K program, then I did the 10K program twice. Now I'm doing the half-marathon program on the Nike Run Club app. I'm the sort of person that needs structure and a program to tell me what I'm supposed to be doing each day or I won't do anything at all.
