People come to DC from all over the world, and if any of them take Metro, they're usually going to be the ones asking 'booth people' questions. so, they get a great feeling for DC hospitality. And, PP, I prefer the self-checkers just for this reason! I'd much rather check out my own crap than have to deal with a surly employee. At least the self-checker doesn't look at me with disgust while I ring up.[/quote]
