Some of us have wasted enough hours and been ripped off by enough car dealers to have taken a vow never to go into a dealer again. I know it is hard to imagine how much we hate car salesman and the asymmetry of the car buying process. If you want a measure of our distaste, it is illustrated by the premium that we are willing to pay Carmax to get a fast, transparent buying process that is merely OK in terms of money.[/quote]
