Get artisan bread in 5 minutes a day or just check out their website. Really easy techniques for really great bread -- no breadmaker required.
This!! Very easy!!
This book is the best. You get a large plastic container with lid from the hardware store, and a pizza stone. Mix together flour, yeast, warm water and salt in the container. Leave to rise for 2 hours. Place container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The longer you leave the dough, the more of a sourdough taste you give the bread. When you want a fresh loaf of bread just tear off a piece of dough, shape into a loaf, and leave for about 30 minutes. Then cook the loaf. It's that easy. The quality of the bread is great.
