A license does not make a good teacher, but does ensure a certain amount of training and preparation. In my humble opinion, the individual teacher is the single most important factor in all of this. You can have tons of resources, technology, whatever- but the teacher correctly and effectively using that stuff makes the most impact. Class size is pretty damn important, too. I will say private has it there. [/quote]
