Maryland is actually first, but you need a state medical marijuana card. I’ve been told that they are relatively easy to get, but as with everything in Maryland they prefer to make things more complicated than they need to be. [/quote]
MD does not sell recreational marijuana, that is what VA has approved - similar to CO. They currently have the same medical sale requirements as VA does currently. Both have retail stores and require medical cards for purchase. [/quote]

But what if you don’t have any sort of medical condition or malady that is treatable with MJ? What do you do if you’re healthy and just want to get stoned? What are you supposed to do then? Because those people are just SOL it seems. [/quote]
