Everyone is moving there now. It used to be too far north, now people commute to Denver from FTC. I-25 northbound / southbound his horrible all the time - even Sunday afternoons you’re sitting in traffic. Denver metro has become waaaay overcrowded and good luck finding a house you want in a town / city that’s nice. We’ve had multiple offers on our home and it’s not for sale or anything special (Boulder county). $100k over appraisal plus 12-mo of rent-back for free was our latest offer. It was a hard pass … if they have to go to that extreme, I don’t want to be on the other side looking for a home. [/quote]
