Just strange and kind of toxic. We don’t have a bad relationship, I seriously do everything for her. I am incredibly inclusive of her because she’s single and if I didn’t make the effort my husband wouldn’t even think to include her except maybe once a month. I invite her for every holiday, she is lower income so I buy her a lot of clothes and home furnishings, etc. I did all the applications for her rental and guarantor paperwork. I definitely treat her very, very well. [/quote]

It sounds like you’ve been really kind and, if this doesn’t seem out of character, she does sound toxic. What was your husbands take on the situation?

If I were you I would continue to be polite and respectful but would definitely not be going above and beyond to help her out with things. Personally, I’d feel intentionally disrespected. [/quote]
