Agree on first sentiment - they may have just called over the new people trying out.

With them having tryouts so early - the vast majority of clubs in DMV area aren't for another month - there is a chance this could be a longer wait for results. (Still confused, personally, on why they had tryouts this early...)[/quote]

OP of this thread here.  This is her second season with the club.  She was on B team this past season, so, they do know her.  There were a few others they called from the B team to scrimmage with A team.  This was at the end of the tryout (after all the drills).  This didn't happen the first time she tried out last year.[/quote]
