I got all 5/5 on a performance review and got like a $300 award. Not worth it, and my boss grades on a curve and rations 5s within the group because the department head made an offhand comment once about how no one's whole team should get all 5s, so it's whomever is her favorite at the time and not a measurement against KSA expectations like private sector.[/quote] He cares more about the department head than rewarding people on how they work?
