Maybe they're one of the mediocrities who comes to the DC area to work at ideological chopshops like Heritage. We know that Frank Luntz taught conservatives to denigrate DC for political advantage. I wouldn't be surprised if some of this was astroturfing. It's just total denial of reality to deny that DC needs new housing policy.[/quote]
