This was one of the reasons for the Safe Streets program.[/quote] Yes, before condemning people who chose to walk in the street, go check out the sidewalk. If a parent pushing a stroller decided that a "major street" was a better option than the sidewalk, likely there's a problem with the sidewalk.[/quote]
