There is a non-gelatin jello available. I think its called Natural Gels. I've seen it at Whole Foods/Roots. Also, Hunt's Snack Pack Gel Snacks do not contain gelatin. [/quote]

Just get Kosher gelatin.  No animal products at all!  I've made the Natural Desserts Jel Mix brand multiple times. For any of the pre-made jello products, as long as it's not in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, it does not have any animal products.  Hunt's makes vegetarian friendly jello.  There's also the Dole ones with fruit in them (lime with pineapple, yum!) and a Kool-Aid brand.[/quote]
