That's (I think) the biggest expense. If there is the potential for 75-100 people to come, there will be a lot of cleanup and potential damage to your yard. That's not even mentioning the hassle of having people go through the house and potential for (unintended, well-meaning) accidents there, like something getting knocked over, or a kid getting into something while the mom is in the bathroom. I mean, maybe not, but would it be worth bowing out as gracefully as you can and either offering to split or pay for a different venue? I don't know. It seems like you got way more than you bargained for, and if that needs to be changed, the sooner the better.[/quote]
