Please. This is DC. The late 30 something or early 40 something will definitely want kids that are HERS. You’d have to date late 40’s to 50’s to find women resigned to not having children of their own.

This was so not true of me. I had my second kid at 34, divorced at 35, and dating at 37-39, I did not want any more kids and found it hard to find men who didn’t want more kids of their own. It was easier to find men who wanted nothing to do with kids ever than to find divorced dads who didn’t want to have a baby with a new wife. My DH got snipped when we got married and then gradually talked me into adoption. I love the kid, but it is not what I pictured for myself when I said my vows.[/quote]
