Yes, look for signs on doors and respect the requirements for specific businesses - especially small ones. I've started to go indoors maskless in a few places, but it's still courteous to respect the rules of someone's business.
Agree with this but I’ve also made it a point to tell small business owners that I will not shop there until they remove mask mandate. Hate to do it, but I’m not supporting this in any way.
Small business owners have the right to do what makes them feel comfortable. Your stupid political views shouldn't change that.
Of course they do. And I have the right to say, I'm sorry, I'm not wearing a mask any longer. I really hate to do this because I love your small card and party shop, but you're forcing me to go to CVS or Target to buy the gift cards I need. I will not wear a mask again, period.
Nah. They're not forcing you to go to CVS or Target. You're choosing to do that. You'd rather shop at CVS or Target without a mask, than wear a mask to shop at this small card and party shop you claim to love. Take responsibility for your own choices.
That’s exactly correct, yes. I have shopped at this small, woman owned business for years. I love having it in the neighborhood and have supported it for years. But I refuse to wear a mask to shop. I’m vaccinated and there is no need. If they force me to do so, I will take my business elsewhere , including to a generic big box retailer that I’m normally not a fan of.
THEY ARE NOT FORCING YOU TO DO SO. YOU ARE CHOOSING TO DO SO.
I view it as being forced. The mask served no purpose and yet they force me to wear it or leave
The mask did serve a purpose. It allows the business owners to know which idiots to kick out.
