You might want to consider Water Kefir as your method of giving probiotics. You buy the Kefir grains once, and you "feed" them daily. And you drain the fermented Kefir water which is filled with not billions, but trillions of probiotics. If you do a quick search on Water Kefir, you'll find all the information you need.[/quote]
