[/quote] I agree with you accept the sprawling part. I grew up in a true metropolis where the borders of the city basically encompassed everything down to the Beltway here. That was sprawling. This small diamond is just perfect. I've walked from the MD border down to the White House just because some days. Every neighborhood is unique but also gorgeous it its own way - offering different experiences, restaurants, and amenities. I've never enjoying living somewhere as much as I have here because its all accessible. [/quote]
