Your attitude is why we don't like being on teams where kids and family do not take it seriously and skip critical practices and games, leaving other teammates to scramble for subs and a win.

Exactly, Its more than entertainment is about teamwork, brotherhood, sisterhood, learning to work together , and holding each other accountable. We win together we lose together and we all go thru it together. Uf your child or family doesn't buy in they should probably play rec soccer.[/quote]

Let’s be honest, travel soccer is rec soccer. If you are talking about a top 50 ranked national team, maybe you have a point. Most everything else is just to keep kids active and entertained. Youth soccer is a mess because everybody thinks their kids are playing World Cup games or are little messi’s. The attitude of take it seriously is why so many kids quit. Y’all are killing the fun for the kids - good parenting.[/quote]
