So disgusting to make people work in your bedroom, with or without mask.
Is this a thing that they sleep in the office, or was it a special circumstance? It's nasty. They need to have separate accommodations. If they can't afford it plus their place at home, they can get roommates, like the young staffers do.
Lamborn and Gohmert have been known for years to sleep in their offices on the couch or cots in order to 'save' money. It also lets them say they're tied to D.C. and are true residents of their home states - political points and the like. Its a Republican thing. It only became a public health issue when a viral plague descended on the country and they both tested positive. I feel bad for the Capitol staff forced to clean the offices up after them.
Actually, I'm pretty sure it's always been a public health issue to use a workplace, including shared workplace furniture like a couch, as a domicile. A contagious virus just makes it worse. But these people. "No one should support public housing, because irresponsible people who can't earn enough for rent shouldn't be allowed to live" (or something, hard to tell). But also, "DC is so expensive, I need to live in a taxpayer-funded building...and let my son live with me."
