[/quote] usually it means that the parent killed the child and other family members reported to police that they have not seen the child since x date. if baby was kidnapped, the parent would report immediately. when the parent does not report, it's because parent did it. remember Casey Antony? mom dragged things with grandparents for weeks, until her mom cornered her and finally called the police on her daughter. when parents do not report a missing child, especially so young, it always ends really bad unfortunately[/quote]
