Having meltdowns when a lot of unexpected/inappropriate things happen is something that is a challenge for a lot of people with autism, especially in the moderate to severe category. If this was the F word it would be one thing but racist slurs? No. That stuff doesn’t slip out because of lack of social awareness. It shouldn’t be there in the first place. [/quote]
