You may be a covid denier but many of these families have been hard hit by covid and don't think the risk vs. benefit is worth it. These kids were struggling long before covid.[/quote] Yes it is keeping them out of school, literally. And the fact that they were doing poorly is why school closures are so horrendously unfair. It’s absolutely mind boggling that in a year with racial disparities at the forefront of the public discourse that anyone can defend the school closures. [/quote]
