I drink 100+ oz of water a day, because I like it, and am overweight.[/quote] It isn't crap. Water is good for you. Your body functions best and skin looks better when well hydrated. While water won't make you lose weight, it can help you feel fuller (thus eating less) and keeps water retention/bloating down. [/quote]
