Who do you think is working at the fire station, the police station, hospital, emergency room, nursing home, grocery store, fast food place, etc.? If I went to house after 11pm, saw evidence of drinking and couldn't talk to an adult, I'd definitely call the police. I'd hope my neighbors would do the same. Mother to an 18, 16 and 14 year old.
