It is tude and intentional.[/quote] Not the PP but my DH does this as do one of my kids. They have poor impulse control (as well as ADHD) and they're mouths go much faster than their conscious brains. It's incredibly annoying. They can also lose awareness of how loud their voices are. It's especially embarrasing in public places. DH and I have agreed upon a sign so that I can signal him when his voice gets too loud.[/quote]
