[/quote] I agree wth that too. I don't expect every coach to be able to win the league. I do expect to see improvement though. And losing year after year after year is not conducive to enjoyment or development. If the talent is really so far below the rest of the league that the team cannot win then the team should enter a different league. And if the club won't enter the team in a different league cos <marketing reason> then that's on the club, and players/parents are again correct to leave.[/quote]
