If crime in your city is so bad that you can't have public restrooms available to workers, then you need to vote for different people who have different policies.[/quote] Who said anything about crime? The point was made that there are few public facilities in DC — not that there are facilities that are unavailable because of “crime”. No one —recently— has campaigned for pissoirs, so voting “for different people “ isn’t likely to be a useful near-term solution. [/quote]
