In other cites, city workers use public restrooms. Sometimes they carry keys for when the facilities are closed.

Who said anything about crime?  The point was made that there are few public facilities in DC — not that there are facilities that are unavailable because of “crime”. No one —recently— has campaigned for pissoirs, so voting “for different people “ isn’t likely to be a useful near-term solution. [/quote]
