Is this another one of Jim Durham's pet projects?  Because we know how Justin threw him a solid and voted for his pet bike lanes on Seminary, giving him a personal crosswalk in front of his house.

Unreal. Wilson has got to go.  Vote for anyone else, heck even write someone in.  [/quote]
