But it is much difficult to change permanent eating and exercise habits than it is to go on an intense short term diet. I have tried to change my eating habits a million times. It's not happening anytime soon. However, I am capable of going on short intense diets and losing some of the weight. I might gain it back, but at least I will not gain it on top of the weight I was before I went on a diet. [/quote]
