[/quote] No, all breeders aren’t puppy mills. But anyone who makes their living brokering a dozen kinds of dogs IS a puppy mill or highly shady at best. True breeders aren’t making a living doing this. They have their dogs in conformation or agility or otherwise earning titles and improving the breed. They aren’t cranking out litter after litter and handing out puppies to anyone who shows up. [/quote]
