They came out with the Virginia ecnl-r announcement already and it showed two new teams vs what was in vpl and loudoun and Arlington weren’t in it. You would think that would be the time to show Arlington and loudoun.  Or maybe they decided parents of loudoun and Arlington would complain about now being in Virginia ecnl-r so they first show them with nc and sc teams. Parents go ballistic and then they move them to ecnl-r and parents are now happy.[/quote]

You are over thinking this. Virginia boys ECNL-R doesn't start until the fall. CCL is collapsing now, this spring, so this is just to get them through the next few months. [/quote]
